GABE
Check out our newcomer: barely arrived at Heartland, he is already a movie star! And rightly so - Gabe is a wonderful, lively, and high-spirited bunny boy and sweet as can be. I don't need to tell y'all that we are - as always - way over capacity, but Gabe's story made us frantically search for a possibility to take him in. As last year's Easter Bunny, he was no longer wanted, and, thus, this teenage boy so full of spirit, was confined to a small, little cage. Now, whenever he gets to play outside at Heartland, he is doing bunny dances and binkies, shaking his ears and racing in the big playpen, making it a joy to watch him.
Now Gabe is just waiting to get neutered and is, then, ready to find a forever family.

gabe now has a home, with a girl bunny to play with. they're doing great together! gabe seems to have adapted quickly, as has darcy (his new playmate). i'll try to send some pics of them together soon! ~lea anne
