OMGosh! I love it. Joey looks awesome. What a wonderful home and backyard to play in. I am so glad you decided to like your new home! (like, shoot I bet you love it. I can tell you are loved Joey)
These pictures are GREAT!!! Joey looks SO GOOD! I especially like the one where he is nibbling on the leaf. He is just so cute!!! Melinda, now what bunny wouldn't want his own spot on the couch, his own sun room, room service twice a day with plates full of greens and yummies, free roaming privileges of the backyard and a mom who loves him dearly. I think he was just enjoying making you fret over him. Makes me very happy to see him so pampered. Thank you for giving him the good life.
OMG, our Joey!!! I am sooo happy to see these pictures, thank you so much, Melinda. He is such a cutie (and he knows it). I'm so glad he finally decided to show you his love (he surely did love you the whole time; he just didn't want to show it. After all, bunnies love to feign disapproval ...)
What a cutie! He is big boy, love it!
What a handsome bun! I just love lops. :)
Joey! My Joey!
(from an old kid's book about a mother kangaroo and her baby)
Joey was always the star of the warren ... :-) He enjoyed a lot of free-ranging and got into mischief constantly. Joey is also the only rabbit I have ever known who can sleep so soundly that he doesn't even wake up when you approach ... which caused us quite a few near-heart attacks ... Is he still doing that, Melinda?
Oh what a beautiful boy. I just love seeing rabbits getting to be free in yards and on couches, etc just as they should be:D wonderful.
Dear Mandy,
Welcome to this blog. I checked out your blog and saw your story about Hazel. I was so very sorry to read about her passing. She is a beauty, and was so very fortunate to be loved so deeply. We know all too well the pain of loss of a bunny. Its so true that time will help heal.
Oh Melinda, how sweet of you to post the picture of Joey sleeping (and snoring? Hehe ...). He is soooo adorable; I just want to smooch him.
My god, I thought my Thumper was gorgeous, Joey brings a whole new meaning the words "pet me"!
