Me Too Dudley

"I understand how you feel. The other humans I used to know threw me away. I stayed in my shell when I first got here. But now sometimes I feel like binkying, and so I do. That's fun. The humans here don't make me do anything for love. They love me just because. And I have learned to trust the humans here. They make me feel safe. I am glad you are loved forever too."

Sweet Elizabeth! What a special girl you are. Someone told me that "they would never have a pet like Dudley" It made so angry because he has no voice to explain why he is so shy so we sent a little mental letter to one another. Corny maybe but I am pretty corny about my babies. If we pay attention, we can learn so much.

I don't understand humans. Most of them don't seem to be very smart, except for the bunny people. They have learned how to listen to us bunnies. And we like corny people - they're the best kind. The corny volunteers here talk to us and give us smoochy kisses and wonderful back rubs.

Okay, talking about corniness ... I'm outing myself now: Chris, my husband, and I always pretend that the bunnies talk back to us. For example, I'd tell Dandi what a beautiful girl she is, and my husband answers for Dandi in a voice he imagines she would have if she could talk - and vice versa.
There! Anybody here to top this craziness?? :-)
